1. Data we collect

• Account info — name, email, and avatar URL provided via the authentication provider, plus any project membership records.
• Project configuration — business background, qualification goals, calendar OAuth credentials, booking preferences (timezone, business hours, slot duration, language, voice).
• Lead data — name, email, phone number, and any additional fields the customer's form submits to Speed2Lead.
• Call data — the audio of the voice call, the transcript, the qualification fields extracted by the AI, and any appointment booked as a result.

2. Why we collect it

We use this data to place the voice call, run the qualification conversation, book a meeting on the customer's calendar, and surface the result back to the customer in their dashboard. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it to train external models.

3. Subprocessors and third parties

Speed2Lead relies on the following processors to deliver the service:

• LiveKit Cloud — runs the real-time voice infrastructure. Receives the call audio.
• ElevenLabs — synthesizes the agent's voice. Receives the agent's text outputs.
• Google (Calendar API) — reads availability and inserts events. Receives appointment metadata for the customer's connected calendar account.
• Supabase — stores account, project, and call data; handles authentication.
• Anthropic / Google AI — runs the LLMs that drive the agent and the field extraction. Receives the conversation transcript and the configured goals.

4. Cookies in use

• Supabase auth cookies — strictly necessary for signed-in dashboard access.
• s2l_cookie_consent — strictly necessary; remembers that you saw and accepted this notice. Expires 1 year after acceptance.

5. Retention

Call audio and transcripts are retained while the project exists. Session rows and appointments are kept until the project is deleted. On project deletion all related data is removed via cascade. You can also request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data through the dashboard, or by emailing privacy@speed2lead.com. Where GDPR or CCPA applies, you also have the right to object to processing, request restriction, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. International transfers

Data is stored in the regions provided by our subprocessors. By using Speed2Lead you understand that data may be processed outside your country of residence.

8. Children

Speed2Lead is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. For material changes, we will give you reasonable notice in-app or by email before they take effect.
