1. What Speed2Lead does
Speed2Lead is an AI-powered inbound lead response service. When a lead submits a form on a customer's site, Speed2Lead places a real-time voice call to the lead, qualifies them through a short conversation following goals the customer has configured, and books a meeting on the customer's Google Calendar — all without human intervention. These Terms govern your use of the service as a customer.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must have a lawful basis to contact the leads whose contact information you submit to Speed2Lead — including, where applicable, consent under TCPA (US), GDPR (EU/UK), and any other regulation that applies to your business.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the calendar credentials, business context, and qualification goals you configure for each project.
- You will not use Speed2Lead to contact people in ways that violate their rights, harass them, or impersonate another business.
3. Acceptable use
- No abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content in agent prompts or goals.
- No scraping or automated downloading of the service's UI or APIs.
- No reselling Speed2Lead as your own product without a written agreement.
4. Account and billing
Speed2Lead is offered on a usage-based pricing model (per call minute / per booking — exact terms shown at signup). Fees are billed monthly. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service after reasonable notice.
5. Service availability
We operate Speed2Lead on a best-effort basis. There is no formal uptime SLA in this version of the Terms. Planned maintenance will be announced in-app where practical.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, we will delete your project data on request within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speed2Lead's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will give you reasonable notice in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
